Take a look inside Muskegon distillery on opening day

MUSKEGON, MI – 18th Amendment Spirits Company opened to downtown Muskegon after much anticipation.

More than 30 people had come in the doors by 3:15 p.m. on Thursday, April 13 — 15 minutes after the doors were opened to the public.

Customers sat at the bar where they could watch employees create craft cocktails, at high top tables with a view of the wood-fired pizza oven or at pincushion booths, all topped with water, short glasses and cloth napkins.

The distillery offered its customers a menu of pizza and salad, but the real reason people came out was for the craft liquor.
