Muskegon is Strongest Town 2018 because it tolerates ‘chaos’

MUSKEGON, MI – Muskegon is a prime example of a recovering city doing things right, according to the leader of the national Strong Towns contest.
Strong Towns President Charles Marohn visited Muskegon this week to do two things: congratulate city officials and citizens on being named the “strongest town in America” and to shine a light on the city’s progress and successes.
