Muskegon Area Promise Exceeding Expectations

MUSKEGON, MICH. – School officials say a two-year program, Muskegon Area Promise, is exceeding their expectations for 2017. The Promise is a scholarship program that provides money for tuition, book costs and fees for graduates of all 16 high schools in Muskegon County.
