ForeShore Adventure Run: Running To Overcome Life’s Obstacles
MUSKEGON, MICH–(April 22, 2024)–Get ready to lace up your running shoes and unleash your inner adventurer as the highly anticipated ForeShore Adventure Run, presented by Huntington National Bank, returns to Pere Marquette Beach on Saturday, May 18! Organized by Muskegon Rescue Mission, this thrilling event promises a day filled with excitement, challenges and giving back to the community.
Now in its 9th year, the ForeShore Adventure Run has become a beloved tradition for participants of all ages and skill levels. This year’s event is shaping up to be the most exhilarating yet, with a 5K obstacle course featuring 25 challenging obstacles set against the stunning backdrop of Lake Michigan.
But ForeShore is more than just a race – it’s an opportunity to make a difference. All event proceeds will benefit Muskegon Rescue Mission, a local organization dedicated to providing nutritious meals, safe shelter and life-changing services to homeless individuals and families in West Michigan. By participating in the ForeShore Adventure Run, runners and volunteers alike are directly supporting those experiencing homelessness in our community.
