Vacant Old Bank in Muskegon to become a mixed-use Development

MUSKEGON, Mich. – After being vacant for more than a decade, a five-story building in downtown Muskegon has a new owner.

 

City leaders finalized a deal to sell the old Ameribank building to Core Development for $425,000 on Tuesday, Aug. 14.

 

The plan is to turn the structure into a mixed-use development that will include housing, retail and office space.
