September 1, 2015 — Baker College of Muskegon is enrolling students for 2015 fall quarter, with on-ground classes beginning Monday, Sept. 28. Online courses start Thursday, Sept. 24. Registration continues through the first week of classes.

In response to local health care employers’ workforce needs, the Muskegon campus has recently added a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, which replaces the associate degree in nursing and prepares students to be qualified for all entry-level nursing positions.


Other bachelor’s, associate and certificate career programs offered at the Muskegon campus include early childhood education, elementary and secondary teacher preparation, digital video production, digital media design, Microsoft networking professional, Cisco networking with wireless and VoIP, corrections officer, interpreter training, medical assistant, paralegal, marketing, management, accounting, interior design, veterinary technology and surgical technology.


Programs available at the Culinary Institute of Michigan Muskegon include baking and pastry, culinary arts, and food and beverage management.


Career programs offered at the Fremont campus include emergency medical technician (EMT), medical assistant, clerical bookkeeping, management and medical assistant.
