Tiffany R. VanderKolk Joins Warner
Muskegon, Michigan, June 9, 2025 – Tiffany R. VanderKolk has joined Warner Norcross + Judd LLP as a senior counsel in its Muskegon office.
VanderKolk concentrates her practice in labor and employment law, regularly advising public and private sector clients on legal compliance and risk management issues, including those related to hiring, performance and discipline, termination, leave management, wage and hour, discrimination and harassment. She has successfully represented clients in a broad range of industries facing litigation in state and federal courts.
Prior to joining Warner, VanderKolk served as labor and employment counsel at Scholten Fant in Grand Haven. She also served as an associate with Bowles Rice LLP in Charleston, West Virginia before moving to Michigan in 2017. VanderKolk began her legal career as a judicial law clerk at Marion County Circuit Court in West Virginia.
VanderKolk is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and West Virginia State Bar. She has been recognized as a Rising Star by Michigan Super Lawyers Magazine since 2021. In 2022 and 2023, she was ranked as a Top Lawyer by Grand Rapids Magazine and as one of the Top Women Lawyers by Hour Detroit Magazine.
VanderKolk was a founding board member and secretary of the Grand Haven Children’s Museum. She is a graduate of the Grand Haven Chamber Leadership Connect program.
VanderKolk holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice magna cum laude from West Virginia Wesleyan College. She received her law degree from West Virginia University College of Law.
VanderKolk resides in Spring Lake with her husband, Vance, and their two sons.
