See how much Muskegon summer fests gave to charity, plus other stats

MUSKEGON, MI – There’s something more than singing, dancing and beer-drinking happening at Muskegon’s festivals.

Together, 10 of the city’s largest festivals raised more than $213,000 for local nonprofits during summer 2018.

From a few thousand dollars donated by Muskegon Rockstock to nearly $100,000 by Unity Christian Music Festival, the big events at Heritage Landing, Hackley Park, Pere Marquette Park and on West Western Avenue are about more than a good time.
