(Muskegon, MI – July 15, 2020) NorthTown 794 is a destination you “MUST” visit in downtown Muskegon. The “MUST” experience includes the hottest mix of restaurants, retail and build-to-suit office space.
The main floor is home to Aldea Coffee, 794 Kitchen + Bar, Capone’s Speakeasy & Pizzeria, and Polka Dot Paisley. The garden level is home to Rake Beer Project’s brewery and taproom with a great outdoor space to enjoy your beverage. The third level is dedicated to build-to-suit office space, open coworking space, a conference room, and more.
Formerly the Al Perri building, located on 794 Pine Street, this three-level building has been restored, revealing the original urban brick walls, tin ceilings, and expansive windows for an infusion of natural light.
