Pioneer Resources 3rd Annual Hats and Horses Fundraising Event Goes Virtual

Muskegon, MI, August 10th, 2020: Hats and Horses is now a virtual party with a purpose. The ever-popular fundraising event, themed around the Kentucky Derby, will celebrate its third year with a week-long lineup of events benefiting various Pioneer Resources programs.
Beginning Sunday, August 30th and running through Saturday, September 5th, Hats and Horses will feature the following:

• Live-stream Video
• Silent Auction
• Fund-A-Need
• Apparel Sale
• Best Derby Hat Competition
• And More

This year’s proceeds will help Pioneer Resources serve its mission of helping people with disabilities and assisting seniors in attaining independence by creating opportunities for participating in the community.
“COVID-19 has had a significant impact on our organization and many other non-profits,” said Jill Bonthuis, Executive Director. “The support of our community is needed more than ever, so we may continue to offer programs for persons with disabilities and seniors.”
