Park(ing) Day event creates discussion about use of public space in Muskegon


Each of the six parklets along Western Avenue took up one parking space and had its own unique design. They were part of the global Park(ing) Day Sept. 15 that aims to create a conversation about public space, including the need for more green space in urban areas.
