On Tap and Uncorked: beer, wine, and food event at Muskegon Museum of Art

Muskegon, MI – Tickets are on sale for the Muskegon Museum of Art’s fifth annual On Tap and Uncorked Michigan beer, wine, and food tasting event. On Tap and Uncorked combines tastings of beer and wine crafted by Michigan beverage artisans and food pairings by area restaurants, creating one multi-sensory tasting event among several galleries of the Museum.

 

The event will take place Friday, April 13, 2018, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Tickets are $30 in advance ($25 for Muskegon Museum of Art members) and $35 at the door. Ticket sales will support Museum programs and exhibitions.

 

Each event ticket includes five four-ounce beer or wine tasting samples and food. Additional tasting tickets will be available for purchase at the event. Tickets are on sale at the Muskegon Museum of Art Store, at www.muskegonartmuseum.org/on-tap-uncorked, and at Pigeon Hill, Unruly, and Fetch brewing companies. To order by phone, call (231) 720-2580. Capacity is limited. The event is open to adults 21 years and older. Pictured driver’s license or state-issued I.D. must be presented upon arrival.

 

Participating brewing companies will include: Big Hart, Big Lake, Cellar, Fetch, Founders, Grand Armory, Pigeon Hill, Ridge Cider, Stormcloud, and Unruly. Food pairings will be offered by area restaurants, including: Applebee’s Grill + Bar, Hank’s Tavern, The Lake House, Se4sons Gastropub, Smash Wine Bar & Restaurant, and The Village Baker. The event will also feature wine tastings by West Michigan wineries, including Lemon Creek and Twisted Wire.
