majority of Muskegon County-based Structural Concepts has been sold to a Wisconsin company.
The company will remain in Norton Shores and will use the cash infusion from the new majority owner for future expansion, said Chris Latta, marketing manager for Structural Concepts. There are no immediate expansion plans.
