Muskegon packaging company gets new owner, plans push into Grand Rapids

MUSKEGON, MI — Dale Deveau saw a need for a packaging company specializing in low- to medium-volume production runs. That was 24 years ago.
Now, Westpack LLC employs nine people at 1204 W. Western Ave. in Muskegon, and is under its second owner.
The company was sold in November to Rich Wilson of Rockford.
