Every enterprise—whether new or well-established—contributes its own unique brushstroke to the vibrant canvas of our community,” says Shineldecker. “The Art of Business is more than a theme; it’s the cadence and values that guide local businesses toward lasting success. It’s the steady rhythm of innovation and tradition, of relationships built on trust, and of leaders who shape opportunity with creativity and care.” Shineldecker will be the third woman to serve as Board Chair for the Muskegon Lakeshore Chamber of Commerce.
The Chamber’s Board of Directors is committed to nurturing this art form by providing the resources, advocacy, and connections that help businesses along the lakeshore flourish. Their focus remains on attracting and retaining top talent, fostering meaningful relationships, and offering cost-saving benefits that allow leaders to invest in what matters most—people, growth, and vision.
As Muskegon continues to grow, the harmony between established companies and emerging ventures will define the region’s prosperity. By strengthening these connections, the Chamber creates a dynamic business culture where every member plays a vital role in the masterpiece being built together.
