Need a change of scenery from the office? Chamber members have access to a variety of professional spaces, including our training room, board room, and committee room. Whether you’re hosting a retreat, planning session, or team meeting, these rooms provide a convenient and welcoming setting, available exclusively to members when the Chamber Office is open. Chamber Hours: M-Th – 8:30-4:30 | F – 8:30-4:00

Room Types

The Chamber offers a variety of spaces to fit your needs. Our Training Room is ideal for larger groups and workshops, while the board room provides a professional setting for meetings and presentations. For smaller gatherings, the Committee or Express Rooms are a perfect fit, and a Private Office (SCORE Office) is also available for focused work or one-on-one conversations.

Good food makes every gathering better. Local caterers provide delicious options and friendly service to help make your event stress-free and enjoyable. Additional Amenities

When you book a room at the Chamber, you’ll have access to a variety of amenities to make your meeting run smoothly. Options include coffee and water service (available for an additional charge), technology support, whiteboards, and printing/copy services. You can also stay fueled with snacks and beverages from the Avenue C vending machine, all in a convenient downtown Muskegon location.
