The Lakeshore Home Builders Association will be presenting its 50th exclusive Parade of Homes showcase June 7-16, 2018. Sponsored by Mercantile Bank, Lake Michigan Credit Union, James Hardie Building Products, and Old National Bank, the Parade of Homes features newly built and remodeled homes from the Lakeshore Home Builders Association building professionals. Featured houses and condos will range in price from under $200,000 to over $1,000,000. Parade of Homes guests may visit 30 homes all along the Lakeshore, including homes in Holland, Zeeland, West Olive, Fennville, Saugatuck, Grand Haven, Spring Lake and Muskegon.

“With the improved economic climate, and few used homes on the market, now it is a good time to build a new home,” Sue Schurman, Executive Officer of the Lakeshore Home Builders Association, shared. “The Parade of Homes is an excellent opportunity for visitors to see the latest trends and consider the option of building a new home or remodeling. The homes feature the latest amenities such as open concept living, indoor-outdoor living, and zero step condos.”
