Kayak launch planned for Heritage Landing near downtown Muskegon

MUSKEGON, MI – A Muskegon Lake kayak launch is planned for the Heritage Landing park near downtown Muskegon.
The goal is to offer residents a cleaner, more accessible way to enter Muskegon Lake and Lake Michigan by kayak, said Bob Lukens, director of The Muskegon County Convention & Visitors Bureau. The dock with an attached launch also will allow visitors an easy way to exit the lake and explore downtown.
