Expert on perennials to speak at Montague United Methodist Church

On Monday, April 22nd, Lakeshore Garden Masters invites all level gardeners from Ottawa, Muskegon and Oceana counties to a fun and informative evening with Jolene King Advanced Master Gardener, Michigan Certified Nurseryman and Life Member of Dirt Daubers Garden Club who comes from Weesies Garden Center in Montague to talk about the new perennials this year as well as old favorites and those that attract butterflies. There will also be plants for sale! Master gardeners will receive one educational hour of credit for this presentation.

 

The meeting begins with a potluck at 6 PM. Bring a dish to pass, your table setting and a beverage. Coffee is provided. Or skip the potluck and come for the meeting and presentation from 6:30 – 7:30 PM. This meeting will be held at the Montague United Methodist Church, 8555 Cook Street, Montague.
