Tulip City Air Service, Inc. is pleased to announce that Terry Boer has acquired the company from Ron Ludema. Boer assumes ownership on May 5, 2017.
Tulip City Air Service, Inc.is a Fixed Based Operator at the West Michigan Regional Airport in Holland, Michigan. Tulip City Air Service has been in business since 1967 and provides private aircraft charter, aircraft sales, maintenance, flight training, and fueling services. Ron Ludema has owned the business for 50 years. “Ron has built an outstanding business and it ties in perfectly with our operation in Muskegon”, Boer said. Boer also owns Executive Air Transport, the Fixed Based Operator, in Muskegon, MI. “With this acquisition, we will be able to provide our customers with an even greater range of services”, Boer added.
Ron and Linda Ludema have managed and guided Tulip City Air Service, Inc. these 50 years and have seen many wonderful changes in the growth of the company. With that being said, it is time for them to pass the reins of management and ownership of Tulip City Air Service, Inc. to Terry Boer who also has an extensive Aviation Business and ownership background. “Linda and I are excited about the future of Tulip City Air Service, Inc., under Terry’s management and we know he will continue to develop and grow this company into the future by providing quality service and products” Ludema said.
