ENVIRONMENTAL RESOURCES GROUP IS PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE THE ACQUISITION OF FIHS AND THE ADDITION OF LANSING, MICHIGAN OFFICE AND STAFF
Wixom, MI, January 14, 2021: Environmental Resources Group, LLC. (ERG) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Fibertec Industrial Hygiene Services, Inc. (Fibertec IHS or FIHS) of Lansing, Michigan. In addition to the FIHS senior environmental professionals joining our team, we are eager to leverage their NVLAP accredited bulk asbestos testing laboratory. The office is located at 3125 Sovereign Drive, Suite B, Lansing, Michigan 48911. This new location joins ERG’s existing Michigan locations in Wixom, Muskegon, and Detroit and will facilitate the expansion of services in Lansing and the entire Capital City Region and beyond. Joining the ERG team of professionals are Phillip A. Peterson, Tami Haase, and Kristin Peterson, along with additional support staff.
Mr. Peterson comes to ERG with over 30 years of experience in training, Industrial Hygiene testing and consulting, hazardous materials assessment (including PCBs, asbestos, and lead-based paint) and extensive laboratory management experience. He is also experienced in remediation design for both public and private sector industrial, institutional, and commercial properties. Mr. Peterson has also been a speaker at local, state, and international safety conferences.
Ms. Haase joins ERG as a Senior Industrial Hygienist, bringing over 30 years of experience in the industry. She has worked in locations around the nation, specializing in evaluating the safety and effectiveness of remediation projects. Additionally, Ms. Haase brings extensive experience and expertise in hazardous materials assessments where she has inspected buildings from every sector.
Ms. Peterson, a Senior Industrial Hygienist, brings more than 20 years of experience to the ERG team. Her expertise lies in evaluating conditions in the indoor environment from workplace exposure assessments to hazardous materials inspections to indoor air quality evaluations and everything in between.
