Downtown Muskegon townhomes near completion after 11 years

MUSKEGON, MI – People may have thought Gary Post was “nuts” when his company broke ground on high-end townhomes in downtown Muskegon during 2008.

“Maybe they were right,” Post said.

It has taken Post’s Port City Construction 11 years to complete the Heritage Square Townhomes project, which includes 14 townhomes on Clay Avenue and First Street. The last four are under construction. Thirteen are sold.
