City manager’s new haircut fosters community talk in Muskegon Heights

MUSKEGON HEIGHTS, MI – A fresh new hairdo was the vehicle for a community conversation in Muskegon Heights recently.


City Manager Jack Eckholm visited a local barbershop to talk with residents about pressing city issues, in addition to getting a much-needed trim.
