MONTAGUE, MI – A proposed $8 million residential and commercial “city center” could transform downtown Montague.

A developer is proposing the addition of several mixed-use residential and commercial properties over the next decade on a vacant plot of land bordered by Dowling, Ferry, Water and Church streets.
