$8.5M mixed-use building planned for downtown Muskegon

MUSKEGON, MI – Another six-story building is coming to downtown Muskegon, filling in open space left after the Muskegon Mall was demolished.

 

Plans are for a 44,000-square-foot mixed-use building, called The Leonard, at the corner of Second Street and Western Avenue, said Corey Leonard, who is in the process of purchasing the lot and designing the building.
