$6M overhaul to transform Holiday Inn into ‘upper upscale’ hotel

MUSKEGON, MI – A $6 million renovation that will transform the Holiday Inn Muskegon Harbor into an “upper upscale” Delta by Marriott is underway.
The project is part of a $26 million downtown investment that is expected to also yield a convention center and has already produced the $1.7 million renovation of the city-owned L.C. Walker Arena.
