Lakeshore Document Services has received another certification from the National Association of Information Destruction (NAID). Chris Annis, operations manager for Lakeshore Document Services received the Certified Secure Destruction Specialist (CSDS) designation after passing the CSDS exam on March 30, 2012.
From the National Association for Information Destruction website: ³The National Association for Information Destruction® (NAID®) launched the Certified Secure Destruction Specialist Accreditation Program (CAP) in 2010 to promote and acknowledge an individual's competency in broad range subject matter areas related to the secure destruction of information and the secure destruction of other items.²
The CSDS distinction means that Mr. Annis is a certified expert in secure information destruction. He can offer his expertise to organization in regards to things like what to shred, retention schedules, privacy laws, insurance issues and operational aspects of document management.
³Chris¹ certification adds a new level of authority and expertise to our shredding services,² said Garry Olson, owner and president of Lakeshore Document Services. ³Our goal as experts in document management is to raise awareness and knowledge about privacy issues, identity theft prevention and more efficient document management overall.²
