4.2.14 - Leaders of Muskegon Opportunity, a local college access network, are encouraged by results of a new state-wide study that shows that more than 96 percent of adults feel a college education is important for a young person in Michigan to be successful in the labor market and their career. Also, aspirations are high among those with children under 18. Of those surveyed with children, 93 percent believe it is likely their child will get a college education.
