Business counselors are available by appointment 5 days a week at the Chamber office. SCORE counselors are working or retired business owners, executives and corporate leaders who share their wisdom and lessons learned in business. Counseling if free and confidential. Area entrepreneurs will find all the information they need at www.e-mergewestmichigan.org. e-merge is a community-based initiative to create jobs by supporting entrepreneurs throughout the West Michigan area. The website is a source of information and practical tools for people thinking about starting a business, people who are in the process of starting a business, or people who are trying to grow an existing small business. It will lead you to e-merge partner organizations and people who can help you succeed. In most cases this help is readily available for little or no cost.
We continue to offer free to low cost training seminars on a variety of topics to help you stay in business and grow. Each month we host a variety of events from Business for Breakfast hot community topics to Business Briefing learning and training sessions.
